Privacy Policy

What this is

This is the privacy policy for ACE Design and Build, a California design‑build studio operating in Los Angeles County. It explains what information we collect from visitors and clients, what we do with it, and what control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, write to info@acedesignbuild.com and we will explain.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and run a project for you. Specifically:

• Contact data you give us in our forms: name, phone, email, property address, project description.
• Visualizer data when you use our AI Visualizer: the photo you upload, your style and finish selections, and the resulting render. The photo is processed by Google Gemini under their enterprise terms; it is not used to train public models.
• Site analytics via standard cookies and tags: pages viewed, source of visit, device type. We do not track you across other sites.
• Project data if we work together: site photos, plans, change orders, invoices, communications.

What we do not collect

We do not collect financial account information, social security numbers, or government IDs through this site. If a project requires those (lender financing, contract signing), they go through a separate verified channel, not through this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and quote a project.
• To run the project once you sign with us.
• To improve our site, our funnel, and our service. Aggregate analytics only.
• To send you progress updates if you are a current client.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not pass it to third parties for their marketing.

Third parties we share data with

The following services see specific, narrow slices of your data because we use them to run the business:

• Google Gemini processes your Visualizer photo to generate the render. Photos are not used for model training.
• Our CRM stores your inquiry so the right project manager can follow up.
• Email and phone systems (Google Workspace, our PBX) carry our communications with you.
• Permitting and engineering partners see only what is needed to file your permit or run engineering, and only if we are working together on a build.

Cookies

We use first‑party cookies for site analytics and form state, and a small set of third‑party tags for ad attribution (Meta, Google). You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so will not break this site.

Your rights

Under California law (CCPA / CPRA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell, but you can still ask).
• Non‑discrimination for exercising any of the above.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@acedesignbuild.com. We will respond within thirty days.

Security

We use industry‑standard encryption in transit and at rest. We restrict access to client data to the people on your project. We do not store payment cards on our servers.

Updates to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify current clients by email. Older versions are available on request.
