Every line below is verifiable. License at cslb.ca.gov. Bond and insurance certificates are emailed the day we sign. Material specs, code references, and process commitments are written into the contract. If you ever find us off this page, call us on it.

01 · License, Bond, Insurance

Paperwork before the first nail.

Active CSLB registration. State surety bond. General liability and workers compensation. Every certificate is shareable on request and re-pulled fresh at every job kickoff.

Minimums we will not quietly drop.

Spec sheets attached to every contract. If a substitution is ever proposed, it goes in writing and you sign. No silent downgrades.

Framing LumberDoug Fir #2 or better, KD‑HTKiln-dried, heat-treated. Stamped grade visible on every member.
Subfloor3/4" T&G plywoodGlued and screwed. No staples. No 5/8" substitutions.
Drywall5/8" Type X in fire-rated assemblies, 1/2" elsewhereLevel 4 finish standard, Level 5 in raked-light areas.

The book we work by, not around.

We pull every permit. We do not start framing on a verbal. We do not sneak walls. We schedule every required inspection, including the ones that are easy to skip.

What every Monday looks like.

ACE Live is the program nobody else in LA actually runs. One PM, daily updates, weekly photo set, change orders only in writing.

05 · Warranty

What we cover, and for how long.

Workmanship is on us. Materials follow manufacturer terms. Statutory protections apply on top.
