They are separate from the fixed‑price construction contract you sign with us if we end up working together on a build. That contract is the operative document for any actual project. Our AI Visualizer is a free tool to help you imagine what a remodel could look like. The renders it produces are illustrative, not binding. They do not reflect a final design, an engineered solution, or a price quote. A real project starts with measurements, plans, and a signed fixed‑price contract.
Photos you upload are processed by Google Gemini under their enterprise terms. They are not used to train public models. They are stored on our servers only as long as needed to deliver your render and any follow‑up communication.
An inquiry through any form on this site is the start of a conversation, not a binding agreement. We may decline to take a project. You may decline to retain us. Until both parties sign a written construction contract, neither side is obligated.

Our standard workmanship warranty is one year from substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fixtures, and materials pass through to you and are governed by the manufacturer\'s terms. Specifics live in your construction contract.
For any dispute arising under a construction contract, the contract\'s dispute‑resolution clause governs. For any dispute arising under your use of this site or the Visualizer, the parties agree to first attempt resolution by direct communication for thirty days, then mediation in Los Angeles County, then binding arbitration if mediation fails.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
Use of this site is at your own discretion. We make no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of information here. Specific project advice can only be given after a site visit and signed contract. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, our liability for use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero unless you have signed a contract.
