Welcome to ACE Design and Build, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website at acebuild.24localservices.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law;
  • Interfere with the Site’s functionality;
  • Reproduce or distribute content without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including graphics, text, logos, AI-generated renders, and software — is owned by ACE Design and Build, Inc. or its licensors. Use without authorization is prohibited.

5. AI Visualizer Renders

Images generated by the AI Visualizer are illustrative previews intended to convey design direction and feel. They are not architectural drawings or construction documents and do not constitute a guarantee of materials, dimensions, or final appearance. Actual built results depend on engineering, permitting, material availability, and site conditions, all of which are addressed during the formal design and contract phase.

6. The $1,500 Build Upgrade Promotion

From time to time we offer a $1,500 build upgrade to leads who act on their AI Visualizer render. The upgrade is reserved only for leads who, immediately following the render:

  1. Initiate a phone call to ACE Design and Build at (310) 438-6866, or
  2. Explicitly request and confirm a callback within 3 business hours of the render by submitting the callback form linked from the visualizer result.

The act of calling, or the act of confirming the 3-business-hour callback request, is what reserves the upgrade for that lead. The upgrade is not redeemable based on a render alone, on later contact, or on contact through any other channel.

Additional conditions:

  • The upgrade applies only to fully executed construction contracts of $50,000 or more.
  • The upgrade may not be combined with any other ACE promotion or discount.
  • The upgrade has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • ACE reserves the right to verify the originating render session, the timing of the call or callback request, and the identity of the lead.
  • ACE may modify or discontinue this promotion at any time. Promotions already reserved by qualifying leads will be honored.

7. User Submissions

Any content you submit via contact forms, the AI Visualizer, or email becomes our property for the purpose of project execution and follow-up. No mobile phone information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. SMS Communications

Customers who opt in and agree to receive SMS text messages from ACE Design and Build at the provided phone number accept that message frequency varies and may include appointment reminders, service or order information, AI render-result notifications, and project updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out.

9. Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. ACE Design and Build is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party site.

10. Privacy and Data

We collect customer data via our website. In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. 11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI Visualizer outputs are estimates only and do not constitute a binding quote.

12. Limitation of Liability

ACE Design and Build will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site, the AI Visualizer, or any promotion offered through the Site.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACE Design and Build from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance.
